Sierra Ferrell 2025 Costume Contest Terms
1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Triple 8 Management, located at 111B Rains Ave, Nashville, TN 37203 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from October 13th through November 7th, 11:59PM Central Time.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete this form and submit your costume entry (photo, video, or in-person appearance as directed). No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Judging & Winner Selection
This is a skill-based contest. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on the following criteria:
Creativity: 40%
Craftsmanship: 40%
Presentation: 20%
The three entries with the highest combined scores will be declared winners. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
6. Prizes
1st Place: $250
2nd Place: $100
3rd Place: $50
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within. Winners must respond within 48 hours and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release before receiving their prize. If a winner does not respond or cannot be verified, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, and submitted costume materials for promotional purposes related to this contest, including announcements, social media posts, and recap materials, without additional compensation.
This consent is valid for up to 24 months from the contest end date. Tennessee law requires explicit consent for use of name or likeness; by entering, you provide such consent.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
10. Governing Law
All disputes arising under these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the administration of this contest.
